Matt grew up playing and watching sports in Berkeley County. In his late teens, God used a speaker at a basketball tournament to challenge him to really live for Jesus! That led to years of service through his local church while enjoying a professional career in sports broadcasting. After twenty-nine years in radio, God called Matt into full-time ministry with FCA. As Area Director, he works with many volunteers, staff, and donors to help spread the gospel to coaches and athletes at all levels.
Matt has been married to Dale for 36 years. They have 4 children and 2 grandsons.

Brooke has been a stay at home mom for the past 15 years. She is currently homeschooling her daughter while her two older boys attend high school. Jym is a 26 year retired Master Sergeant Air Force. He is currently an Elder at Connections Community Church and serves in several areas within the church. He is a proud husband of Maureen. They were short term missionaries in Brussels, Belgium in 2001 and currently have a vibrant prayer ministry. Jym is excited to be a part of FCA and what God is doing in our youth.

I grew up in south central PA where I grew up in a Christian home and was introduced at a young age to Christ. I was also introduced to the outdoors in those early years by my dad and along with my brother we enjoyed hunting and fishing together often. I played baseball and soccer mostly during my high school years and some in my college years. I am married to my wife Anna for 22 years and we have 5 children. Our family has helped in many FCA camps over the last few years and thoroughly enjoyed it. That has led to us to coming into the FCA Outdoors ministry full time. I am excited to see how God is going use this ministry in young peoples lives as we engage them in various outdoor activities and dive into God's Word.

Greg grew up in the Eastern Panhandle and from an early age developed a love of the outdoors from hunting to fishing. He has served with the youth ministry at Independent Bible Church working with middle and high school students. He is excited to share the good news of Jesus through enjoying God's beautiful creation!

Lemuel is a graduate of Frankfort High School and is returning home after serving in church/music ministry for several years.
